Growth Centers Policies Under Consideration
State agencies are again considering incentives for designated "Growth Centers." What constitutes a "growth center" and how "designation" will be determined are among the issues to be resolved. The Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission and Central Vermont Chamber of Commerce are taking an active interest.
