Wilson Park is a cooperative venture between Barre Area Development Corporation, a non-profit development group, and the Town of Barre. They have worked together, and with the State of Vermont, to provide exceptional, affordable industrial/commercial development sites inthe Barre area of Central Vermont.
Along with Bombardier - world famous maker of subway cars, snowmobiles and personal water craft, the park has a dozen other tenants on 40 acres employing a total of 1,500. Another 80 acres have been added to the park for future growth. Water, sewer, electricity and rail are in the park, and a master development permit is in hand. A new 37,500 square foot industrial building has been constructed for lease in blocks of 5,000 feet or more.
The park is near municipal offices, school, recreation and housing. Lots can be tailored to the client's needs. Spectacular views of Vermont countryside.
