We're here to help Vermonters with disabilities prepare for, obtain, and maintain meaningful employment. We can help employers by providing prospective employees with specialized training or subsidized employment to ensure they have the necessary skills to be productive partners.

A recent meeting of BAC was held at Vermont State Employees Credit Union's Training facilities in Montpelier.

 

Partnering with local businesses: A group of dedicated local business leaders are actuively involved with the Central Vermont Business Advisory Council, providing guidance and client support to the workforce.

VocRehab Vermont helped Candace enter the workforce after an extended struggle with psychiatric difficulties. She received computer training, benefits counseling and job development training - all of which led to her successful hiring as a community outreach specialist with The Vermont Center for Independent Living.
