Central Vermont Adult Basic Education provides free adult education and literacy services for life, family, employment and further education.
The Barre Regional Technical and Vocational Center serves students from high schools throughout Central Vermont. The Center provides a “hands-on” approach to learning.
Town elementary schools generally have 100 to 300 students. Most high schools have 400 to 900 students. A kindergarten through sixth grade curriculum is the most common elementary school structure, but there are others as well. More on schools and public education.
